I was surprised that the battle grade fusion battle mistress was not offered in operation two weeks...
SR101 fusion battle mistress .25 sabre ground
Ok when can we order this ?
 
The closest you will find for now is the DTBM or it's full guard sibling, but they are not anywhere close to a cgfbm. Any time from "two weeks" to never is the honest answer to your question from anyone but Jerry.
 
That would be the second greatest offering from Wauseon...right after the original run of CGFBMs. Value to price ratio would be through the roof.
 
I've been all for a BGFBM, but with the DTBM here and a BME2 on the way I'd prefer to see an 11" blade over 10".
 
I can say my FFBM is amazing and one that I would never get rid of. I came late to the BM but it is one of the few times I can see I would buy a duplicate knife

I don't know, probably not, but 9.5" BME2 vs. a 10" BGFBM (if also .25" thick) might be pretty close.

Seeing how the 1111 chops, I'd take NMFBM length if I could get it. I probably couldn't pass regardless though. A BG FFBM sounds fun too. :)

Don't forget thebheigjt of the blade... the extra blade heigjt of the FBM makes a big difference when chopping
 
Yeah, that crossed my mind, but I'm not sure how wide the FBM blades are. I'm curious about the CG and NM FBM blade widths if any one knows.

BME2 is listed as 1.7". I confirmed the DT is 1 7/8" and the 1111 measured at 1 13/16".
 
A NMFBM is one of my grails. I'm afraid a BG version would be more than I could stand, and would attempt to get them all.
 
I requested the BGFBM from Jerry months ago on another thread. Garth if you're reading this can you PLEASE talk to the boss man and see if he can hook us up with this BG monster of a masterpiece?
 
The FBM is such an iconic Busse blade
Even though I already have a FBM in INFI I would certainly by one ir two in SR101
