Did Ron Hood have anything to do with the new handle angle? It looks similar to the Hood designed TOPS Anaconda. They look to be some serious choppers now! Too many knivesm too little time!

tknife :

It looks similar to the Hood designed TOPS Anaconda.

Without the spine serrations, index finger groove, and with more swell along the top and bottom and a gradual sweep - and of course the Busse Talons.

Other than both are angled relative to the blade they are not that alike at all. I would hope they don't feel similar as well.

I have to say that I like the looks of the new handles that Jerry has put on the knives. I believe that the angle set of the new handle will contribute to better and more effective use of Busse knives, especially chopping. Have to put a Busse knife on my list of acquisitions.

One other question: Will Cliff be doing a comparative testing of the new versus old handled Busse's?
