Battle of Kargil Kukri Knives:
Hi guys. Finished this pair for a customer this week. Will be adding to the web site this week. Hope you like it.
History of the Kukri & Battle of Kargil
Very effective when used as a weapon. To the Nepali Army it signified the courage and valor of the bearer in the battlefield. Ten years ago on May 3, 1999, the battle for Kargil erupted and continued for the next 71 days. It claimed hundreds of lives on both sides and brought a profound change in the way the world looked at India and Pakistan. This was one of Indias toughest battles.
