Unfortunately the Battle Rat has been discontinued and is only available on the secondary market. The Rat Trap is the only knife available through the main web page. The new line has been redesigned and is just started to make its appearance at http://www.ratknives.com . That is the Official Company Store. Keep an eye here and there for information on what will be available.
FYI, once a knife is listed as available at the Company Store site, it is in stock and ready to ship. The Rat Traps at swamprat.com may take much longer.

Another idea is to post a request over on the WTB forum. I had been looking around for a Battle Rat for a month, they don't come up all that often, and was going to post on WTB when I found one for sale just 8 minutes after it was posted:

Another 4 minutes and I would have lost it. Knives on the Exchange have sold in the same minute as they were posted for sale.

You might have to settle for something from the new line. I have been looking for a Camp Tramp, and have decided to go with an M7, and whatever the similar offering will be from Scrapyard. You might wanna check out the M9.
If you do find a Battle Rat, they're great performers. I've used mine to take down trees, and it hasn't failed since.
