Battle Worn Nessmuk Skinner - CPM 10V

Finishing this one up. Thin CPM 10V full height hollow ground on a 24" radius platen (so nearly flat ground) with a rounded spine. Blade is sitting at 3 inches with an overall length of 7 inches. The tang is tapered and wears unique sage green (looks more brownish) canvas scales with red g10 accents and vintage linen micarta liners. Copper corbies and lanyard tube. What sets this one apart is the finish. I triple acid etched it to darken and protect the blade after giving it an 800 grit satin finish. mattes and subdues the finish and looks like it could serve well in a light-controlled environment (hence Battle Worn). Working on the sheath for this one.

Didn't like the acid wash so reverted back to 800 grit diamond film and went back to satin.
