Anyone ever been successful in joining the Battlestar Galactica forums ?

I have tried for over a year using 2 different emails, handles etc. and followed up with over 20 emails to the forums with no luck.

Error always says someone else is using handle or you can not use this email..........I just don't understand how anyone can join if you can't ever get in touch with the people that run the forums. :(

I have never got a reply..........:(

That could be because you're using a hotmail or verizon address (gmail should work anywhere though), or it could be that you succeeded in opening an account with that address already. Then the problem would be activating that account. Most forums send a confirming email that you have to respond to before your account is activated. If that gets caught in a spam filter and you don't look for it there you won't respond to it and the account will never be activated. Your ISP could be running a spam filter or it could be on your own computer.
 
Cougar thanks,......you may be right on the account info. I don't have any spam filters at all so I should not have missed any emails.

I did try hotmail and charter, neither worked.

I think when I registered, it did not go through the first time so I used a different email and handle but somehow it got all messed up.

The thing I don't understand is the no response to my many emails.....:confused:
