E-mail these folks...at one point, ALL the Peter Beauchop knives that entered the US came through them:

My dad emailed me these pics of one of a pair of tantos he had made for us by Peter around 1987 or 88.

This was the knife I used to defend myself in a 3-way mugging on a 3rd class train-coach in Cape Town a few years after he gave it to me, so it has some sentimental value:

There's no model-name I've ever been aware of - but I wanted to add to the thread as Peter made superb knives. The slight blemish that you may notice in the edge was caused by hitting a humerus during a slice to the bicep during that attack; I preferred to keep the edge as it was.

The little that I know is he stopped making knives many years ago due to ill health. His son Robert continues to make knives (not far from where I live).

I imagine his output when he was active was not that great because you very seldom see his work around. Either that or the people who own them don't spend a great deal of time on knife forums. :D

Is there a way to identify if the Shaman that I have is made by Peter or Robert? Any info is appreciated.

I just bought myself a PB Witch #109
Excellent knife and the sheath are very well made.

I spoke to the guy who sold it to me and he says that Peter will only make knives on request and that he takes his time as he is very old right now.
Here are some pics

I know for a fact that some of Bauchop's knives entered the US through a dealer in Georgia.

However, Beck's Cutlery is an excellent source for info on Peter's knives.

Reece combat, reece camp can be added to the list.
His ninja style sword was called the Shadow, which had a blade-length of between 22 and 28".
The Billy was a little 'all purpose' knife, with a 3" drop point blade.
The Trailite 100 was a 4" drop point, 1/8" D2 hollow ground. Loked to me like a big Billy.
I have also seen some tantos.

That's all that come to mind at the moment.
