Bawgain grinder in WA ???

That's a cute little feller! You going for it, Mike? I'll bet that with very little work you could adapt it to 2x72 belts.

Hey I wonder who the "Old-time knifemaker" was who passed away?

NAW , i figured it would make a great starter kit. After you use up all the 36" belts with it you could stretch it out.

Check the guys other items. Looks like maybe some engath blade blanks, but I'm not sure. 440c he says.

Sorry guys it's mine ;) it's 110v and 100lbs I can move it from inside the shop to outside and work while I watch the kids :) what more can a stay at home dad and wannabe knife maker ask for.
Peace and wish me luck
Bob

i'm not an expert but that looks like on heck of a sturdy little machine. looks like changin' belts is pretty easy too. nice motor..... man whoever got that is all set! i picked up the same motor almost brand new the other day off some old restaurant equipment at work that had just been upgraded. good luck with it and let me know how the motor runs (ac motor right)
