bayonet clip for the kershaw skyline

Does anybody know of a deep clip (like SOG stuff) that would fit on the kershaw skyline? I just got this knife and I really love it, but the clip really bugs me. The same is usually true for any non deep clip knife for me, but this knife really is awesome...

I agree with you. I am having a hard time finding a knife right now because I really want a deep pocket carry clip. It seems like every knife that fits what I'm looking for has a clip that leaves 1/2" to an 1" of the knife sticking out of the pocket. SOG is about the only company that uses the deep clip on most models, but from doing research on this forum, it doesn't seem like SOG knives are very good. I don't think that I have ever been so frustrated trying to find something to buy...
 
You guy's need to get in touch with Steve Rice, aka STR. He has a sub forum here at BF, found in the Makers section, called STR's Backyard Knifeworks Steve can fashion a deep-carry, foldover clip for about any knife you are interested in. Si if you see a knife you like but not the clip, email Steve and ask about a clip for it. Btw, he can make clips to fit existing holes, or he can drill and tap new holes for you. His work is second to none!!
 
I actually really like SOG. Some of their folders are a bit pricey for what you get, but they have some really cool designs. I've owned the flash, the x ray, and the trident, and they were all great knives. Trident was my favorite for the design. If they made the trident with the arc lock and with a better steel, it'd be the coolest knife in the world.

Steve's clips look great, but I can't really justify a 30 dollar clip for a 30 dollar knife... Any more suggestions?

Im with Jeffrey here, i really like my flash 2(SOG). easy to sharpen, cheap, lightwieght, fairly tough, and i dont care about messing up the edge cause its in soft but decent aus 8. For the price they are not too bad. might check out the vantage pro from buck its deep carry and has s30v and g10 for 40 bucks roughly...you might consider just pocket carrying the skyline thats how i carry mine. might also check out the caly 3 or any of the wire clip spydies they tend to be low carry knives.
 
I just got a Buck Vantage. The clip may be what you're looking for.
