Alright I'm working on a tribute project to three of the modern bayonet's from around the world; The M9, Kalashnakov and the SA80.
Sadly getting my hands on dimensions for the distinctive, ring fitting guards has been next to impossible. I figured some of you guys perhaps in the US might have a few on hand or know of someone who does so I can get the measurements.
I need to know; 1.The height between the tang and the start of the ring. 2.The inside diameter of the ring. 3.The width of the ring itself. 4.The depth of steel used to make the guard.
Top marks to anyone who can get barell ring measurements for all three.
I know the SA80 is a bit of a curved ball here, but if I can get the width of the bottom of its handle canal it should get me through.
