Based upon the size of the muzzle ring, looks like an M4 Bayonet that goes on a carbine. If its an M4, nope, won't fit on an AR15 or its varients.

Looks like a cheap knockoff of an M7 bayonet, which is meant to be fitted to the M16 series of rifles. Whether this particular knockoff will fit is kind of a crapshoot. It has all the right parts, though.

If the hole measures around 7/8 of an inch it should fit. Provided the measurements are close to proper.
