BB Code shortcut bar missing...

Where is the shortcut bar for the BB codes that usually resides at the top of the quick reply and editing box.
Has it been BB-napped, edited out of existence, or is it only on vacation.
Also, My smilies are inoperable by clicking on them at the right hand side of this box. entered manually

Sounds like Javascript is disabled in your browser. Look in your settings/options and see.

Have you checked any other sites that require JS to see if they're broken? If it is the JS you may need to update or reinstall your browser.

Don't know what else it could be though.

I figgered it was something like that.

I walked away for a while, and when I returned, so did the BB-code bar....Maybe he got it back in an
under-the-table deal...
