If we follow the logical progression of serial numbers as given by Schrade before closing, it would seem that this one is one of the last serialized. But the details of construction don't bear that out. It is a three pin. But the stamping is SCHRADE+/ U.S.A. LB7.
The serial list I have composed has a pretty full progression of changes.
The pins went from four in the cover to three in the cover around serial #N35001.
The Uncle Henry Signature appeared around serial #X29369.
I'm still not sure when the blade pivot pin became hidden, but #BB62076 has a stainless pivot pin. I believe the #BB serial knives were made out of sequence with the system of alpha-numerics, and predate #X29369... or... they revived the older tang stamp?
Nah... the serials on this knife are clear, well formed, and evenly applied, unlike the later serials. It is an earlier knife.

Or is it? Gee. Isn't this fun?
