if you just want a short answer yes the bbbarfly is great it is fantastic the weight is good its not too big although this will vary on personal taste and apart from a loose tang pin, a tiny mark on the graphics, wonky handles and a tiny bit of metal sticking out and rubbing against the inside of the handle whilst flipping this is an amazing trainer and bottle opener and it is worth the money you pay for it =)
