I am into competition BBQ a little here in St louis and somewhat in Southern Illinois where I am from. I am sure other people on BF are BBQ guys. I carry a fixed blade in a kydex sheath when I am smokin. I prefer stainless and easy to clean. I used a Elmax spyderco mule last year. This year I am trying out a Elmax Scrapmax 460 in a mashed cat.
