Looks good. On BBQ tools, I often leave the upper bevel in Brute-de-Forge.

After many hours of hand sanding, etching and polishing the blade is done. I have a nice piece of walnut for the handle.

Finished up with walnut scales and stainless pins. Headed to a BBQ pit soon. I made a canvas knife roll to go along with it.
