Mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!
Man that looks good!!!!
I'm loving that fillet knife too!!!!
Nice score brother!!!

That's a whole lotta spice rub! You gonna slow smoke that?

We're going to N. Carolina twice this summer for vacation. Looking forward to some real BBQ. One week in Lake Lure, and later down in Calabash. The coast seems devoid of good Q, so on the way home we detour through Lexington NC, and stop at Lexingtion BBQ and get the "dark".

I'm open to suggestions, for places up in the High Country, Asheville to Boone; as well as down state, or in Lexington or the US220/I-74 corridor.

I believe I recognize that filet knife! Used to be Guyon's, didn't it?

You are one lucky piglet -- if I had even sniffed its availability, you'd never have seen it!!!:);)

Oh, Snap!

I have been Stag for a week now (Wife and two boys are visiting her family). I have three weeks by my self, and have not been eating too much home cooking!

I had goat cheese and bread for two meals in a row.

Those stuffed (with goat cheese I am assuming) Bacon wrapped jalapenos look so good right now!

I might have to go to the store tonight to get some and make them!

How long do you cook them for?

Variations of bread and cheese are also big players on my "home alone" cooking menu.

Always got lots of different cheeses in the house.

I want to see the final results. Prep work looks promising, to say the least.

Well if you're in Asheville try some 12 Bones Bar B Q, catch a concert on the Green, hike some fantastic trails, etc.

Bee's BBQ. It sits on Bee's bbq road just outside of Greenville NC. Best BBQ in the world. Bar none, but go early, when they sell out for the day, they go home. Alston Bridges in Shelby NC, another high ranking bbq. the BBQ King in Charlotte NC for bbq chicken! Sits on Wilkinson Blvd. It was on Diners, drive ins & dives. Take a gun. Not a good neighborhood at all. Granny's Chicken Palace in Haywood county. Best fried chicken there is! Period. Worth driving 2 hours for just for chicken. Get the cajun! They're 3 generations deep in fried chicken.

You know you're a Busse addict when all you see is the filet knife in the pics. Lol. Thanks for sharing..on my list
