... I love to see that Jerry comes with a BBSHSH in INFI. Just like the ASH-1 he did. If it would be next up I would order a bunch of these. Offcourse with some mag scales:D

Ok, so who is with me......

.

I would like to see a INFI 7" and 10" version (like the second and fourth knife down), but I wouldn't want MAG handles, the great thing about the BBSHSHs is the feel of their hand shaped handles.

Yes, you're are right about the nice feel of the handles. By the way is that a desert SHBM?

I am SOOOOOOOOOO in... Bring it!!

Thats a great idea, I think what Grinducci said would be awesome if Jerry made both a 7 and 10 inch model with hand shaped handles  I would also like to see a reproduction of the SHBM...

Gotta agree. Just scored a BBSHSH yesterday. Dang if this isn't the best feeling handle of the bunch. Why did we ever change???

I may be wrong but I believe #2 is a Bird's Beak Straight Handle Battle Mistess BBSHBM, #

Nope.

#2 is what the Steel Heart almost was.

There were complaints that the blade on the SH1 was too short.

So, they came up with the muuuuuch longer one, #2 as shown.

Too long, so it was shortened to the 7.5" length and became the SH-II.

Jerry said there are fewer than 10 of them out in the market, probably closer to 6 or so...

Nice when you find one...

Thanks. I have read that before and couldn't remember. Fewer than 10! Wow

When I showed the #2 knife to Jerry at Blade in '07, he commented that it was basically a Proto for what the SHBM became, it wasn't originally made to be the Proto for the SHBM, but the idea for the SHBM basically came from these few knives. Cobalt is so jealous!

The top knife in the picture was one of the mystery "tube" knives from one of the Ganzas, I received it used and it had a desert finish on it, so I stripped it and it has been my user since. The third knife down is an original SH1 and the bottom is a BBSHSH.

Thanks for clarification. That's some really cool history and some priceless pieces for sure!
