I said that when I turned 70 last year. I'm afraid to look at my data base to see how many Bucks I've bought since...these are pretty cool and darn good lookin. still available if you're a bcci member. I'm tempted but I'm trying to slow down and downsize....
I had to look..mine is the same...they mismark all of them?I want to point out an interesting oops! Look at the tang stamp at 3 o'clock and you will see an "X".
I corresponded with Dale Eichberg (BCCI) about it.
The X was a placeholder in the etching program but missed being replaced with the date code.

Dale Eichberg did not say but my guess is probably yes if they ran all the blades as a batch.I had to look..mine is the same...they mismark all of them?
Do some makers offer handles made using the resin only?ShokWood is a material used for knife handles that's made by embedding pieces of wood in resin. The wood used to make ShokWood is often wood that would otherwise be burned.
The result is an interesting handle material with unique shapes.
There it is
Quite beautiful.Enhanced view.
