Would have been cool to have the pommel/guard in brass. But Al is lower maintenance.

Pictures in hand of this 120 my change my opinion, but I don't like the Shokwood I have seen on other knives.

Yea I’m not a fan of that handle. I would’ve liked to have seen an elk or Buffalo horn handle. And brass would’ve been nice. It is a nice looking knife just not for me>

Why doesn’t the coloring go up the entire handle? Looks weird and I’m passing.

A few year ago BCCI offered a 117 with Shockwood. FOMO, I bought one. I think they(BCCI) used a 102 handle and put the 117 in a 102 sheath...not the best move IMO. It's OK, but I'm not enthusiastic about it...the 120 even less.

I am passing feel the same as pjsjr, Not fond of the club 117 it was my first. I just got the BCCI 112 from earIier this year can grab a couple buck of the months in 2025 and a mug maybe lol

I had one of those BCCI 117s reserved and as soon as it became clear that it had a 102 handle I promptly cancelled it.
The decision to use that handle made no sense to me.
