I told my wife that now that I am a member of the Buck Collectors Club, I would like to go to a couple of thier upcomming functions.

She asked if you guys could just tell me how to do the secret hand shake over the net?

I told her my new friends are a bunch of knife enthusiasts and if you get it wrong, you could lose a finger, Then they will throw you out of the club!

She said at my age, I can't afford to cut off anything that still works.

Hey Porky,
Us old time knife users don't have any fingers left! After all, these are Buck knives and they are sharp. I once had to examine a Buck knife, looked at the blade and my eyes started bleeding! :rolleyes:
But seriously, I have your two 501's. I need to ask you a couple questions before I start the work on them. Could you send me an email?

The handshake could be revealed to you over the internet via a more secure channel like email. However, should this information reach the general public, a new handshake would have to be created and disseminated to all Buck members, at great expense to the parent company. Also, agents from Buck wearing dark glasses would come to your home and collect all your Buck knives.

Worth the risk?
