Lets see yours.

My pleasure.

I am curious as to how it found its way to Spokane, WA and on the open market. If only these objects of our desire could speak. What stories would they tell?

The vendor said that they are selling it for the original owner who is from central Idaho.

It is a peach isn't it. Above my pay grade, unfortunately. I wonder how the buckle was obtained by the owner? Somebody knows.

I saw that buckle floating around the Bay currently & in the past.....it would just cost to much to save it IMHO. Like Dave, I have another silver Buck buckle here is a few shot's, looks like I never put a good photo of it on the bucket.

Terrific Buck buckle collection well-displayed. The space between objects, along with the clever stands, really focuses attention on the items. Is that Christmas wrap in the back? Thank you for the excellent photo.

My display is much too busy, crowded, and you have to hunt and peck with your eyes to see everything plus I could take a page from your book and wisely use stands so the viewer is not forced to look down so much.

"1 of 1" engraved into the bottom ribbon of the buckle makes me wonder if it was made to be a one-off collectible and not a prototype for a series of such buckles as is stamped into the reverse of the buckle. Was this authorized by BCCI?

This buckle has been authenticated by John F. @ BCCI. It is real.

News Flash: Buckles will be offered again this year via the BCCI Newsletter, probably before snow flies. Something to look forward to since we all can't have the one pictured above. :)

Get well soon my friend.

It is on the auction block while you dally with the RNs. (email sent)

John F. said that BCCI offered buckles (I believe JB has this model shown a few posts above) 8-9 years ago. It is my understanding that this one pictured in this thread's first post is the prototype for the soon to be available, via June or thereafter BCCI newsletter, new fangled BCCI (new symbol) silver buckle.
