i joined bcci last week and was going through everything. i saw the 112 but it looks out of stock. is this coming back or was it a one time thing? i would love to add this to my collection

believe a one time run. I like the take aparts. have the 110 versions. maybe buck will make more for a dealer or put into production, but depends on demand and costs I'd assume.

I'm under the impression that they have not been built yet.

Take a look at the first article in the BCCI September 2019 Newsletter. Unless there has been an update, scheduled completion was pushed back to February 2020.

That's the way I understand it anyway.

They are done taking orders, but they usually have some extras. Try contacting a board member on the BCCI and explain how you are a new member and would like one and I'm sure they'll do what they can to help you.

Have you tried adding one to your cart? I tried it myself and then checked my cart and it was there.

yep. just tried myself. didn't try to buy it though. was kinda surprised it hasn't been shut off yet. although maybe they know they got extras and are allowing it? who knows?

not sure why it allows that, also not sure it would be better than contacting the bcci board folks as SteelheadB said.

It will be a very collectable 112...It is the first aluminum frame 112 and the first take apart 112. You can bet that when it finally gets made it will be a quick sellout.if not before. One thing for sure is it will knock out the Nickel silver, bareheaded, Buffalo horn and full chipflint blade BCCI 112 as my very favorite BCCI 112..I like the S30V drop point Elk BCCI 112 too but the one I had went to my Brother for Cindy's Dad and Lad collection.

it will let me add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.

i sent a message through the comtact form asking if i could order one.

If they don't have any more, there will be some for resale. Some folks buy them to make a profit so watch the auction site after they are shipped next year sometime.

I'm more interested in the ship date of the BCCI small Vantage with Dammy blade these are due to ship this month.

i got a reply that there is still a chance to order one of these. so i did. cant wait to get it. it may be february before it arrives though.

I have been wanting to sign up for the BCCI club.
Honestly, my finances get stretched due to knives as it is. I can only imagine what would happen as a member.
You know that New Years resolution we all make and then keep until.... like.... mid February...…. maybe I'll join up then. Ha.
I know I'll do it. probably after you guys start posting pic's of this stuff.:)
Thanks.

Ok.
How many knife offerings does the BCCI have a year?

See, I'm breaking down already.

Yes..when the few ever offered on Ebay show up they will be marked up. I would not be surprised to see double or more. It has 3 things that make it desirable to collectors. First it's a BCCI club knife and is really a Limited Edition. Second the take apart features will appeal to Buck knife users and collectors alike and the most important thing to me is it's the first aluminum frame 112. If and when Buck advertising's department features different blades and handles, even through the Custom shop, I think it could be as popular as the Selector.

i haven’t. they said it would be february delivery so im trying to be patient and not pester them too much.

Here is the latest update off the BCCI web page:
