A guy from BCUSA pm's the other day, wanting my name and address, says he has something he wants to gift the chief of the big hand tribe. I got the package in the mail today. Guy gifted me a customized BK11, with yew wood scales. Very generous. Awesome stuff, and fits my hand. Thanks Meesink, I owe ya big time my friend:

very nice indeed. use it well. are you talking about parting with the 14? the 14 with the Sh@rp G10? I can see the pms inbound as we speak.. lol

I remember that. Very nice. I wasn't really speaking for myself even still, those are some amazing scales. I have a pair of the wolf aluminum scales from sh@rp. they are so cool. Just never really seen anything like them.

Sh@rp scales are awesome, and make a big difference, but the 14's handle is too short for me. I always wished they would do a BK14 II, like the Izula II handles.

Congrats Warrior. I just bought a 14 and like you, the handle is too short. 100% on the 14-II. One of these days I'm going to make a handle like yours to make the 14 a usable knife. My Izula II, OTOH, fits perfect.

Heard it wasn't gonna happen, but it would be much better for people with bigger hands.

Thanks man, they are sweet. Thick too, and fills my hand nicely.
