BD-4P steel?

I am looking for opinions on this steel from people that have real world experience with it. I have tried google and searching the forums but the search has turned up little other than the data sheets with component breakdown. What does it compare closely to? How is it to sharpen? And how does it perform? (Edge retention, stain resistance, etc.) Thanks.

Think it falls in the 154CM, ATS-34 group or when powdered form CPM-154, RWL-34.

Further research shows it is similar to

14-4CrMo from Latrobe.

That confirms my suspicion it falls in the 154CM, ATS-34, however since it is the P version it falls with CPM-154 and RWL-34 that are IMO steels that are a good mixture of all properties of steel.
