Beautiful - absolutely perfect handle and blade. No butt plate, which surprised me a bit (it's polished and even, so it's intentional. The smooth M43 handle. It fits my hand like it was custom made just for me.

Dui chirra with nice balance. Traditional bolster. Kind of curious about why these aren't talked about more with the M43 so popular.
 
Yeah, the 14" BDC is the smallest kuk that feels right to me. Congratulations.

Certainly one of my favorites. If it seems it's not "talked about much"...that's because some of us (with loud mouths) have temporarily stopped hootin' and hollerin' about it to give the rest of y'all a break.

I've said it before and will say it again. The 14" BDC chops as well as the 15 inchers. On top of that, it has great fullers, comfy handle and full tang (chiruwa). Most of the ones I've seen have had the soft brown leather for the sheath - which just makes it all that much nicer. Truly a beauty of a beast.
