This is another thin lightweight gents folder we named the "Ouparator" a while back. Once again I want to mention that I need to give credit to my friend Oupa (Dirk Potgieter) for this folder design. This is his baby. He came up with it, I saw it and liked it and he then gave me permission to make as many as I wanted. This is #3 here with a couple more just like it coming up behind it.

Like most of them I do they are all what I like to call the perfect EDC size but this one is between 1/4" to 3/8" longer than the last one in blue I sold on the knifemakers for sale forum a few weeks ago. This folder here is about 4.25" closed, and 7" overall length open. 2.75" blade of 440C. Liners are .070 titanium with teflon washers. This one sports one of my signiture low rider titanium pocket clips in .040 thickness also.

I sold this one right before posting this thread.

Steve, that is the perfect EDC.
Clean looking, practical....and knowing you built for a lifetime.
Outstanding work.
I will have to get one myself....just as soon as I am out of the doghouse!

Good luck with that. :D I keep tellin' my wife if she keeps dumpin' me in the dog house its eventually gonna become quite comfortable to me. ;)

I CANT WAIT! Kevin:thumbup:

I'd be excited also. I get attatched to each knife I build and this one is no exception. I may just have to finish that second one I started with this one to be able to survive letting this one go out in the mail on Tues.

GOT IT TODAY! AWESOME, JUST AWESOME. I put a review in another part of Steves Forum under Recent jobs for Forum members. THANK YOU STEVE! Kevin

No problem at all. Thank you. I may yet make enough to actually pay off my master card bill this month so I don't have to explain a service fee to the wife again. :D
