Bead Blasting a Competition Finish

Has anyone tried bead blasting a competition finish knife? I'm looking to smoothen it out a little for appearance and rust prevention.

I would be interested in that too. If any one can point out who might be able to do it I am game. The top portion of TGLB blade has nice bead blast finish the bottom portion of the blade (plunge line) has pits and machine marks and would look even batter with stone wash or bead blast finish.

I have only done a glass bead blast on a original TG coated blade. It turned out really nice. If you do bead blast a CF just realize the Busse logo will be blasted away too. Also be ready to re- sharpen the knife. I have a TGLB in CF and another on order. I may BB one of them but I really like the plain CF finish. If you do it post pics.
