looks like a proper combat knife now!!!

its a Randall Made 14

St/Nst stainless blade
#1ns dbl hilt
green single finger micarta grip
Custom sheath by Sullivan's leather
and custom bead blast job

ENJOY!!

WAY more suitable for a marine, I love it with the bead blast finish...he'll love that.

Great work. :)

not to be a stickler, but it looks like the noise reduction feature of your camera was turned off. the whole picture looks "grainy" to me. and i cant imagine spending randall kind of money for an experiment. but an excellent idea by the way.

Its the camera phone pic running short on time sorry. Bead blasting is not new to a Randall military man there have been lots done for troops bun Randall Made does not offer it you must find someone who will do it. Thats what I did.

I dont see what the problem is, I think it looks better after then before...not really an experiment, lots of guys bead blast their blades.

I prefer a satin blade finish myself, but that still looks great, just keep her wiped down, SS still can rust.

And with a bead blasted finish there are more nooks and crannies for rust to take hold.

Who cares about rust anyway? if you use your knife it aint going to take hold...I wouldnt pay out for a Randall to safe queen it.

Its a stainless blade no problem with rust plus a little clp every day im sure it will be fine
