Beadblasting and Tigerstriping in NYC

Does anyone know how Strider and other makers do their tigerstriping?

Also, is there anyone who can beadblast who's got a shop in NYC or closeby?

I've seen pictures of the ones done by MicroTech and Peter Marzitelli as well....just as nice if not a little nicer.
