Hi Craig, I believe about 5 to 6 hours drive time. I was just near there around Bluefield, and Tazwell VA last summer.

First of all very nice looking knife, as for the pics being flipped I don't know but my cell phone flips about 10% of the photos I take and I wind up rotating the with my edit function on my computer.
