Bear and Son 277R Sheath

I recently received my new knife from Bear and Son factory. Besides receiving neither a confirmation notice of my order or shipping (3 phone calls by yours truly), I was disappointed in the sheath and blade scratches. The sheath has an unprotected rivet completely through the back (belt loop) INTO the knife slit - resting against the blade whenever it's sheathed! Not feeling like returning both blade and sheath (initial insurance and shipping + $7.00 for return S+H, I bit the bullet and removed the rivet - a pain indeed.
