Bear and Son Stockmans

Can anyone tell me about their quality? Any blade play on the large version of this knife?

I have a medium Stockman. A solid knife, kinda plain with wood scales, fit is okay but finish coulbd be better.

Quality is hit and miss. I have a medium stockman and it is fine with a snap you can hear a block away. On the other hand, I have bought some Bear and Sons where the quality is just plain embarrassing. That was in the past, I don't know if they are better now or not.

Overall quality not good. I think there are other options with way better qc.

I have a small stockman with Stag bone handles. The blades came pretty sharp and cleaned up nicely. There is no blade play and W&T are pretty good. here aee some minor gaps between the liners, springs etc.
Fpr the price I was happy it is a great user. I whittle with it a lot these days.

I have a Bear and Sons trapper. The fit and finish is actually pretty nice, but the blades have barley any snap and the bone stag scales are very ugly.
