Bear Brand Chefs Knife

I just acquired a 'Bear Brand' (on the blade) large Chefs Knife but can't find any info on it. Can anyone help.
 
I cant find anything besides a few $10 items on ebay. It is probably an older knife of 420 or 440, but who knows.
