Bearing maintenance

I have a ZT 0450 that has only seen light pocket carry. I have noticed a gravely feel in the bearings. Any suggestions on how I go about cleaning and maintaining them would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

For something like that, I've had great luck with CLP. It will dislodge the gunk and you can flush it out.
