I just received the GBH that I ordered from John. What an amazing knife! I sent him some choices of wood for the knife, and told John to choose one. He went with the Wenge.

It has the 6" blade. This thing is simply a substantial handful.

Worth every penny I paid, and still a great value for the money. If you don't have a JK custom, what the heck are you waiting for!!!

Thanks again John!

Impressive! I'm looking sometime for someone to make me a traditional Spanish belduque-style knife. This may be the maker for me.

I keep thinking a 5.5" version would find a place on my wish list. Congrats!

I agree with the majority on tis one, that;s a great looking knife, wenge is a great handle material as well :)

GetBackHome or GlennBadHunter either way, that knife is a beauty and a Great Beast of a Handful :D See what I did there?

Congrats glennbad- Nicely done John

Great knife, Glenn! John always does a great job, and that wenge turned out beautiful -

The great thing is just how rugged that beauty is!

I WILL ADMIT, had to look up BELDUQUE!
Now that I've researched it some, I believe that John could make a grand one!
What size stock would you use? I'm guessing 3/16?
