Show the beaters if you have them...I'll go first. The Rat 1 was only $30- $40 max when I got mine just a couple years ago now I saw $68??

I have a Rat 1 also. I picked it up when Wally Marto was clearing them out at 13 dollars. It's my work and weekday beater knife.

$13 was probably them dumping close to cost, or at it. Good catch at $13

I think the folder is a direct copy of the fixed blade of the same version. The knife gets scary sharp for me and has taken lots of use/abuse in stride. I did have to replace the pivot screw as it fell out.

One of the big online knife places, I forget which one, had these Buck 110LT's on sale for $15 a couple years ago after Christmas, so I bought two. One stays in my Carhart bibs that I use when weed whacking, or running the chain saw, and the other's a back-up.


And I have a couple of these 112 Slim Selects. They run about $30, and are nice for Summer carry & when things are going to get messy.
