Since I can not seem to get outdoors much these days, I took some goof off time today and went to the war room above the shop. Had some fun testing out the Bishop. Here is the first video with a 2X4 cut. The Bishop did great I just have to get more used to it as I typically do this with heavier knives. I will post more videos and pics on the Bishop as I have time!

Couldn't you hit it any harder Whitty? I bet the people in the shop under you didn't know what was going on with the floor/ceiling bouncing like that.

Looks like some amount of energy is going into sawhorses moving......or the entire floor.

I love the bouncing too. Careful or you'll cave in your shop!!

Sweet! Now I am curious if you are going to do a similar video with another knife model you picked up some of a while back :D

I would like to see how that went. I have tried it versus trees and such, but not a seasoned 2x4.

What I like about using a 2X4 stud is that anyone can go to their local lumber yard, get one, and try their own knives to compare. Outside of the occasional knot they are all about the same. Trees it is just hard to gauge. I will say chopping on some trees or making a new path is a lot more fun!
