I was looking at the art work on this 110 Blade and it just Beautiful... We need more art like this on are knives. Well I do...

That is a beauty. I have one from the same era with the eagle catching a fish, but it's not near as pretty as that one.
 
First time I have saw a blade that nice, yes there needs to be more art like that on knife blades. :thumbup:
 
I am not much into artwork on knives but I like that one. It is a beautiful knife.
 
Nice....I've tried not to take the plunge into cutouts or etched blades but that one will tempt any man. Nice one Armand!!
 
yea i lost the fight to that temptation a few years ago..
man was it expensive!
would have been cheaper to go with ... well cant say here..

That is one of my favorite gold etch 110's. I don't know why they did not do more 4 color etch blades?

Thanks everyone... I have no cutouts, yet... But I do like most of the gold and Black etch blades... Does anyone know why they didn't do more 4 color blade etching???

Interesting enough this is the only four color gold etch Buck knife I can think of and they did a great job on it. The art work however, is the same quality as on the other Aurum, Baron and Buck etched knives. Much of the art work was done by Angela Williams who worked for Aurum and then Buck direct.

RM, the quality is great on most of there etch blades... I just wish they would have made more 4 or more color blades... I like any blade that has animals, ducks or birds of prey on them...

I'm with you on that Armand. I like a blade with a Person, Place, or Thing gold etched on it:thumbup: I need to get one of those Alaskan Teddy Bear 110's...... like yours;).
