You know what, a mirror finish on one of Chris Reeve knives is one beautiful sight!!
I use the Edge Pro sharpener and putting a mirror edge on his knives is no problem. BTW, I think that his A-2 blades are one hell of a steel! Mine holds an edge very well and is so easy to sharpen. Even the fine mirror edge holds up very good.

You are right Larry.
I use an Edge Pro Apex on my Sebenza. The mirror edge is amazing. The BG-42 was fairly easy to sharpen, and holds the edge well. Only sharpened once in 6 months, lots of use, great knife. Don't know about the A-2, still on my list to purchase. The Edge Pro is the Sebenza of sharpeners.

What? Another knife? Don't you have enough of those things already?
How many does one person need?
And just what are you going to do with this one that you can't do with the others?
What is the purpose of all these knives anyhow??

It was mentioned in other thread that the Apex smacks the thumb stud on most folders. No problem with the Sebenza?

Spidey,

You just have to be careful around the thumb studs on folders, I sharpen several with no problems whatsoever.

Larry,
I put the mirror finish on all my CRKs.
Your right looks awesome on the Sebenzas.

How does one go about getting a Edge Pro tool?

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit. A way of life.

This is the web site. It is not listed on the Bladeforum links that I could find.
Good luck. Jim

Sorry Chris and Anne for posting the name of another company on your forum. If you feel this is out of line, please edit in any way you feel appropriate.
