Women spend alot of money on cosmetics, hair dyes, shampoos, etc..on themselves. Some of it works well, the buzz about puffy eyes can be tea bags placed on your eyes to rid the puffiness, lately the word is that rubbing Preperation H on your lower lid to draw up the bottom lid. I am actually trying it but the result wasn't so great this morning. Any ideas besides Preperation H? Desperate women need to know.

There must be a less likely place to find beauty tips on the net than Bladeforums ... I can't imagine what it could be, but there probably is one, somewhere on the net ... the net is a big place ... well ... maybe not?

Go to www.google.com and type in words like forum and beauty and "puffy eyes" and see if you can find a worse place to ask.

I have heard Preparation H is good for reducing swelling wherever that swelling might be, but I don't know if it's safe to use near your eyes or not.

ROFL, I feel lucky if I can even find my eyes in the morning (so blind without my glasses and so half-asleep that I can't be bothered to care  )

The Prep H thing isn't new; I remember hearing the fabulouso gals on "Dynasty" used to use it. This of course is years before Botox.

Gotta say, though, I'd never put something like that near my eyes, though

The only thing I can remember about beauty aids is that Jack Daniels makes a pretty good aftershave.

Maybe something cold? Someone once told me that a cold slice of cucumber was good.
Never tried it myself. Be my guinea pig, please! :)
It couldn't be worse than Preparation H.

How about a stiff slug of espresso for breakfast? That used to get our attention about two in the morning when we were working nights. Never mind puffy. You make that strong enough and you won't be able to close your eyes even to blink for an hour.

Prep H is actually an anti-infamatory. It might very well be useful for other types of inflamation than it was originally intended for.

The best way to get rid of puffiness is to exercise a lot and get enough sleep. And it's cheap too.

Really? What does exercise have to do with it?

Thanks guys, I knew you wouldn't let me down and will try the cucumber idea. I know there's the wide world of internet but this is the only place I like to visit. Cold spoons, hmmm. Yeow Esav, Jack Daniels aftershave-that has to be an eye opener. Spoons are now in the freezer!!!!

Asking about beauty supplies here is like asking barnyard animals about properly laying out flatware. :-)

Regardless, there's no way I'm putting ass-cream on my lips!

Best beauty tips I can pass along, from a man's view of women, stay in shape, don't cake on the makeup, and buy a motorcycle. Chicks on bikes are totally hot! I also like girls with dogs, girls with long hair, and girls with good jobs.

Don't use it as toothpaste!

I was looking for a funny Liberty Meadows strip, but couldn't. I've altered my post.
