Went hiking at the Minna Anthony Nature Trails at the Wellesley Island State Park NY today.
Awesome trails.
Very cool to see the recent work of the beavers. We tried but could not achieve what the beavers did.

The beaver did it all. The knife just sat there looking purty...no human teeth were used damaging that tree.
Man the beavers did a number on 8 trees. It is all fresh gnawings. I'd love to sit and watch them working on the trees. I really like to see them dragging such a large tree into the water...wow strong beavers.
It's an amazing place. Very quiet this time of year but come summer Wellesley Island State Park is packed with people. You will have a hard time seeing water in the photos I took because of all the boaters.
Across the river...the St Lawrence, is Canada and there are as many Canadians at the park as Americans. It is an awesome place.

The Nature Center is amazing. They do all kinds of cool stuff with kids during the warmer months. They also rent cross country skis so my wife and I are going to try it next winter.

Beautiful views man, but I thought all y'all had were buildings and concrete? :D
