Beaver Tails and Beaver Teeth

I was touching up my 43 when I realized something funny let's see if you can figure it out.

The sharpening block only has a beaver head with beaver teeth. The box picture shows a whole beaver, with a beaver tail, just like the shield on your knife....

It was just odd that they both were beaver themed, pretty good old sharpener with the ceramic rods.

Cool deal! Good eye. How many times little kolwinkidinks like that pass us right on by cause we aren't paying attention?

Beaver tail is a cool leather with a very interesting texture. The bucking roll in front of my thigh here on my saddle is beaver tail:

Beaver tail inlay on these two pancake sheaths. The only time I've ever done that:

While I knew beavertail was used in things like that I've never really seen much of it. Looks pretty good.
