And a thread that was going for a while I finally picked up a RAT II. Have not used it for any knife activities yet but it is a nice knife. Flips out great fits in my pocket great and it's nice and light. Looking forward to cutting some boxes open tomorrow with it at work. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1400808928.757248.jpg

Nice knife, I have been eyeing the rat for a while, I have to just get one.

Very nice. I have a RAT 1 and love it. Built like a tank, decent materials and amazing price. I plan on getting a RAT 2 soon. I'd also like the plain edge in OD green. They've more recently released an assisted opening RAT 1 with g-10 scales. I'll probably end up with one of those, too. Great blades and amazing value. Congrats!

I just ordered a couple of these (Rat 1 & 2). I'm looking forward to using them. I do like AUS8, it's performed well for me in the past and is simple enough to sharpen and takes a nice edge.

I may have to pick another one up. I originally got it for my wife cause I thought her kershaw volt was broken. But I ended up fixing it but the knife had shipped. I'm actually hoping she doesn't like it and thinks it to small so I can keep it.

I just got two of them. A Rat 1 & Rat 2, and i have to say the Rat 1 is going back. The blade is wobbly as can be, butting the liner, etc. Lockup is touching the opposite liner. The Rat 2 is perfect, great lockup, solid, and no wobble at all. We'll see how a return goes. :)

Got one for my son a few weeks ago and I liked it so much I ordered one for me that arrived yesterday. Very pleased with the Rat 2.
