I'm having a difficult time deciding between these three. I would use for camping, hiking and highly unlikely but maybe for defense in woods. Any comments or experience would be appreciated.

I just got my BK-7 - it came with a free BK-13 (tiny knife). The BK-7 came nice & sharp - sharp enough to take some hair off my arm. It is a beast of a knife, but really nice ergonomics - I can see why it is so coveted as a survival/bushcraft knife.

The holster is pretty average and the scales might not be grippy enough with wet hands - but I like the knife enough that I would rather buy some mikarta scales and a good kydex sheath than to replace it with another knife.

The Becker is a pretty sweet knife. However, I own/use a Camillus Marine Combat knife, and it has been serving me well since I was in the Marine Corps. It is a decent chopper/baton implement, I personally like the stacked leather washers on the handle, and the butt cap is great for improvised hammering. I'm not a huge fan of the kydex sheath on the next gen. Kabars, however I would swap out the crappy leather sheath if you go the older school Kabar/Camillus route as well. My .02

My preference is a Becker; I've had one since 2005 (Camillus) and I've beat the crap out of it, and it's still going strong. I don't have any experience with the new Kabar Becker models, but if they're close to the old Camillus in materials, they're going to be good hard-use knives.

The only thing I'd choose over my Camillus/Becker would be a Himalayan Imports kukri.

thx - cpr
