Becker, Benton's Bacon Cheeseburger, Collard Greens - FAINT.

I had a chuck roast to use. I ground it, course ground, along with a little pig. 3:1 chuck to pork. Makes for a good burger. Collard greens are the same ones I made at PWYP.

Sorry, the bacon/becker porn will have to be in black and white tonight. Was listening to the Sirius/XM 40's channel tonight and it set the mood.
 
Yum, that sounds great. I've got 150 pounds of elk in my freezer. Maybe I'll make some elk burgers. Don't have any of that tasty bacon though. Nice pic!
