Becker BK-4 Machax

While doing some homework on this knife I see there are 2 sheaths out there
that come with this knife. Which comes shipped with the newer Machax's?

Also for those who have owned one - how do you like the knife and what
do you use it for..?

The sheath that comes with it is a pretty decently made nylon sheath with molle backing. The part that goes behind the handle is on a swivel. The knife itself is pretty solid in chopping and small work, although it took me time to get used to since I dont use recurve blades much. It's really a do it all blade.

BK4 is the ultimate woodsman's knife, imho. It's my go-to knife in the woods for sure.

Its a great knife, lighter than the Bk9 and very snappy in the hand.

as for sheaths, you get what is in stock from your vendor of choice.

if you want something specific, you should ask your vendor...

the new sheath is VERY nice and desirable, imho

if you don't like the sheath, and 50% of the people don't, get a custom.
