A guy at work owed me $20 from a while back. I had honestly forgotten all about it. Today he walked up and handed me this and said we were square. I said fine with me. I know zilch about Beckers but I did notice this one doesn't have the laser etched markings. I guess this is one of the tweeners? I handled some at Blade last year while Moose was giving me the rundown but honestly, I was so hungover and I could hardly stand up. Anyway....this is a cool knife.

Very nice deal! I wonder how he got his hands on that one? Unfortunately, SMKW engraved the crap out of most of the roll stamped versions, so that's a beauty!
 
Wow....that's a rare one with the old coating, stamped, and non SMKW engraving.....I would rather have that then $20 for sure. Enjoy it!
 
The "experts" say invest in gold, Steel will do, you trippled+ up on your $20 investment. Nice score.

Why was Moose giving you a rubdown? :confused: Was this before or after he exposed himself to Phil?
 
That thing is worthless. You'd probably be better off with the newer ones with the super awesome coating and laser etching which I have. I might be willing to trade it for yours. Hell I'll even throw $20 your way. ;) :D
