are the gen1 and gen2 bk2's from kabar both 1/4 thick was reading on another forum that one was thinner can anyone who has bot lemme know?

you might've read about the camillus made bk-2, which is thinner than the ka-bar bk-2. see post #12 on this thread: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=441177
