I have seen the BK&T BK7 offered with partial serrations. Is this correct? Is this from factory or aftermarket? Does anyone have any experience with these?

Thanks,
Michael

What you saw was the product of someone who put serrations on themselves (or maybe a bad picture that made it look like there were serrations), 'cause serrations on the Camillus/Becker BK line do not come from the factory as far as I know.

A while back ago Terril Hoffman(sp?) had some nice pictures on his web site of a Becker foldout brochure that had several models that were partially serrated. I can't remember which exact models were shown but there quite a few of them.

I'm not sure it was for some prototype blades that never went into production but they looks sweet. I wish I'd saved those pics!

Maybe Will, Ethan or someone else from Camillus could give us more info.

Guys,
The only Becker offered to the public for sale with serrations is the TACTOOL...

We have done a few other models, at special request for various government agencies, with partially serrated blades. This was something done for one particular "customer" and not something we plan on doing on a regular basis.

To my knowledge, and I think I would know about it, we have never built a partially serrated BK7 for anyone. That must be aftermarket.

Thanks for the interest!

Dang...I forgot about the TACTOOL having serrations.:footinmou
